Why you should work with us - the pharmacy manager tells

We are currently looking for two Pharmacy Technicians, one of whom will be responsible for sales.

We are a wonderful team of six knowledgeable employees in a large and well-visited pharmacy, perfectly located with high customer traffic from morning to evening. Our opening hours – weekdays 10-20, Saturdays 10-18, and Sundays 11-18 – provide flexibility and the opportunity for variation in working hours. The pharmacy is located on the second floor of one of Sweden's largest and most modern shopping centers, with good commuting options and several bus lines stopping right outside. Staff parking in the garage is available for those who drive.

For me as a manager, it is important that you want to develop in your professional role and contribute to your colleagues' development through new ideas and perspectives. Important qualities in you are flexibility, willingness to collaborate, independence, quality thinking, and the ability to make your own decisions.

Our customers are a broad target group – from young people and families with children to retirees, and we also handle many pet prescriptions. The opening hours provide flexibility in your everyday life. The position is a permanent full-time employment. A probationary period may apply, and the start date will be agreed upon.

We are looking for you who are a trained pharmacy technician. You may be at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacy technician and recognize yourself in the description:

• You show interest and commitment in meeting customers and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and throughout the region/all of Apotek Hjärtat.
• You take responsibility for meeting the requirements placed on you as an advisor and seek help from your team when needed.
• You contribute with a positive attitude and seek simple solutions in everyday life.
